$675/Month! Your monthly space includes Full Utility Hook-Ups & WIFI! We do not offer nightly or weekly rentals. We do not allow pets to be outside without their owner & a leash. We do not allow certain dogs breeds on our property. Your RV/Trailer must be a 2016 model or newer (older models can be approved upon request.) Enrollment in our automatic draft program with Visa/Mastercard/Discover is required! Cash, Check, & Payment Apps will NOT be accepted. First month pro-rated + following month, + $50 Deposit due before move-in. There are many other rules & requirements that we can provide upon request. Please text 575-302-8731.
